About Bedsiter FM

The Story of Bedsiter FM

Bedsiter FM is an online radio station based in Narok Town, Kenya. It was founded by Ezekiel Wayumba, popularly known as Gach Okolo, while he was a student at Maasai Mara University.

From its inception, Bedsiter FM embraced the digital age, running primarily on online platforms to reach listeners both locally and beyond. The station was created to give voice to the community, share authentic stories, and connect young people through music, talk shows, and cultural programming.

Though still youthful in its journey, Bedsiter FM reflects the creativity and resilience of Narok's emerging media scene, symbolizing how student-led initiatives can grow into platforms of influence and connection.
